NWLC 2025 COVID Protocol

Northwest Leather Celebration is committed to protecting our staff and attendees from COVID-19 and its variants to the best of our abilities.  To achieve that, NWLC 2025 will require all attendees to present proof of negative Rapid Antigen Self Test aka Home Kit completed within 24 hours prior to checking in onsite, including attendee name and test date.

Attendees who arrive at NWLC 2025 without proof of negative test will not be allowed to attend the conference and registration will not be refunded.

  • COVID Refund - Full refund less 15% processing fee available 4/1/2025 to 5/1/2025 with proof of positive COVID-19 PCR test
